    Hi!

    We’re sorry to hear that you are experiencing some issues. Unfortunately it’s hard to tell exactly why you are having these problems from the files you sent. There are several components that might affect functionality.

    We can see that you are using a noticeable amount of plugins. Have you installed any new ones recently?
    Does the problem apply to several orders or only one (1)?
    Have you been in contact with Svea and asked for more info about the order?

    We also noticed that you have received 401 errors in the log, which is not common and indicates that there has been an error with the information to Svea. Svea should be able to look further into this.
    We also notices that you run an older version of PHP (7.1), you should run PHP 7.4 or 8.0.

    I can see some orders pending if not paid but that not show in woocommerce order list. only way i can visit those orders by url. why svea hide those pending payment orders? how can we show it.
