Order not displaying in vendor dashboard

    Hi

    When a customer places an order the vendor dashboard shows that there are orders but it does not show the order details and displays a message as “No Orders Found”. Even after the Order is completed the Dashboard reports displays 0 for all.

    We have tested after deactivating other plugins as well as switching to the storefront theme.

    The site is built on Astra Theme using Elementor. The Woocommerce System status does not show any issues either.

    Appreciate your help on getting this resolved.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    May I know if you use the new checkout block by any chance? I’m afraid we only support the classic checkout at the moment. The orders won’t show on the vendor dashboard if they’re paid via the new checkout block.

    Our development team is aware of this issue, I’ve nudged them again to boost the priority some more.

    Thank you for looking into this.

    No we use the WooCommerce shortcode for the checkout page.

    We have tried using the Elementor Checkout block as well but we still have the same issue.

    Thanks for the response.

    At the moment we only support classic cart and checkout which you can add via Gutenberg editor as seen below:
