It looks like this plugin will work for what we are trying to accomplish and we will probably get the license but as I have been testing the free version, I am running into an issue.

    1. I created an order in the backend (Order # 100) but I am not able to query it from the front end. I have placed the shortcode [tracking-form] and I have the ORDER NUMBER entry field on the page but when I put in the Order #, it does not pull up anything (just reloads the same page).

When I enter the Order # (when logged in as Admin), I see an option to CHANGE STATUS right from the front end but just cannot get it to pull up the order status as a general (non-logged in) visitor. What am I missing?

    2. How do I change the Order Status to Project Status (like in your demo)?

    Hello gauchan,

    1. Could you provide the URL to your tracking page so we can take a look? There could be some info in the console log that we can make use of. And could we still use “100” as the order number? If not, please provide a new sample order number.

    2. If you’re referring to the included labelling options, those are actually part of the premium version of the plugin. (Since the www.ads-software.com forums are meant for questions about the free version of this software, if you want info about those options, you can get in touch via our website here: https://www.etoilewebdesign.com/support-center/.)

There are, however, a couple other ways you could translate the strings that are in the plugin. Since all of the strings are localized, the simplest would be to make use of a plugin like Loco Translate. Alternatively, you could use a program like Poedit to create your own translation of the plugin, or even, if you wanted, change them directly in the plugin code.
