Order not sending to streetshirts – Attempting to send [streetshirts] order note

I have had not been able to send an order to Streetshirts since the 15th of December. When I send the order the order note comes back with Attempting to send [streetshirts]
I have been going back and forth with Katrina by email who is not resolving this issue. She claims there is an issue with the Sku code, that there shouldn’t be a capital letter in the second word of the colour, I changed this and still the order will not send. Today I get a new and completely different order and have the same issue – Attempting to send [streetshirts]. The sku codes are created by the plugin, not by me, so how can they be wrong? The sku code for the first order is SKU: GD05|Prairie dust|M|PFC[1K67AjTQd1u5N6g1t715323NGn4Q29] this order was sent on the 16/12/18
The sku code for the second order is SKU: GD05|Stone blue|XL|PFC[Fh7I0415ln2wI7V3l2d8wR1UIiOi56] this order was sent on 01/01/19 (the payment by e-cheque just cleared today)Katrina told me to order the item again through my website using my customers details, I did this (costing me double the PayPal fee at this point) but still the order would not send.
Katrina had told me originally that there had been a glitch in the system and that the technical team had now fixed it. Clearly this glitch has not been fixed as I can not send any orders through. My customer has now been waiting for weeks, this is really bad for my reputation and I am so frustrated that I am not getting a fix for this. Can anyone at Streetshirts actually tell me how to resolve this issue?
