Order not showing for vendor, only for admin

Hello, I need some urgent help. I have an interesting situation about an order wich is visible only for store admin in the regneral orders view. Here at the admin commission it also says that not available. However regarding the commision all the settings are correct and nothing changed since the previous orders.
If I go to vendor and then vendor orders, here that particular order in not registered at all. If the Vendor is accessing his dascboard, the same, that pariticular order is not visible at all.
I checked the databse wcfm_marketplace_orders and here, i found the order registered with the vendors ID and it contains also the correct commision.
The product is correctly assigned to that particular vendor, and in the gerneral order view all the details in the order are correct except the commision wich is not available.
The e-mail notification about the new order was sent out to the vendor, and in the e-mail all the detail are correct, and is including also the admin commision.
What can be the problem and how to fix this situation to have that order to be visible in tha vendeors dashboard and the correct comission showing up as well?
