Hi @octochem,
I have received an email notification for the order 825. Does not show up in backend of the site.
From what I understand, you’re having issues with an order not appearing in the backend of your site, even though you’ve received an email notification for the same order, specifically order number 825.
Firstly, you could attempt to view the order directly using the order number. For instance, in your case, you can try accessing the order by visiting the following URL: ?? https://cabotinkjet.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=825&action=edit. This link should take you directly to the order details of order number 825.
If this doesn’t work, you might want to check if you have any caching plugins installed on your site. Sometimes, these plugins can cause delays in updating the backend of your site. Try clearing the cache to see if the order appears.
Also, please ensure that your WooCommerce plugin is updated to the latest version as outdated versions can cause such issues.
If the problem persists, we may need a bit more information to assist you further. Could you please provide us with more details about the issue? Are there any error messages displayed? Is this issue happening with all orders or just this specific one?
We would also appreciate seeing your site’s System Status report. It can give us a clearer picture of your site’s setup and help us identify the problem. You can find the report under
WooCommerce > Status
. ChooseGet system report
and thenCopy for support
.If there are any fatal error logs, please share those as well. You can find them under
WooCommerce > Status > Logs
.Once you’ve collected this information, please paste it inside a Code block in your reply, or use https://pastebin.com to paste it and share the link with us.
Thanks for your patience and cooperation in this matter! We’re here to help you get this sorted.
I tried opening the link and it took me to an auto draft of a post.
This is the error log I have too.
2023-11-16T21:00:42+00:00 CRITICAL require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/e772bvw0s4xp/public_html/cabotinkjet.com/wp-content/themes/Divi/includes/builder/framework.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/alt/php74/usr/share/pear’) in /home/e772bvw0s4xp/public_html/cabotinkjet.com/wp-content/themes/Divi/et-pagebuilder/et-pagebuilder.php on line 13
Hi @octochem,
Thank you for providing the error log and your site’s System Status report. This information is very useful in helping us diagnose the issue.
The error message you provided seems to point to a problem with your Divi theme. The error message states that it’s failing to open a required file within the Divi theme. This could potentially be the cause of the issue you’re experiencing with order 825 not showing up in the backend of your site.
Here are a few steps you can take to try and resolve this issue:
- Update your Divi theme: Ensure that your Divi theme is updated to the latest version. Outdated themes can sometimes cause issues with WooCommerce.
- Switch to a default WordPress theme: Temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme like Storefront to see if the issue persists. If the issue is resolved, then the problem is likely with your Divi theme.
- Disable plugins: Try disabling all your plugins except WooCommerce to see if there’s a plugin conflict causing the issue. If the issue is resolved, then re-enable your plugins one by one until you find the one causing the conflict. Here’s a handy guide on testing for conflicts: ?? How to Test for Plugin and Theme Conflicts.
- Contact Divi support: If the issue persists after trying the above steps, I recommend reaching out to Divi’s support team. They might be able to provide further assistance as the error message is specifically related to their theme.
Please try these steps and let us know if the issue persists or if you need further assistance. We’re here to help!
