Order note for pickup time

Hi there,

I’m just wondering if you could add the option to have pickup time as a private order note in the next update? My client isn’t great with technology so he doesn’t login to the dashboard and he’s missed a few emails with the pickup time on. He does like to use the WooCommerce app though. If the pickup time was included as an order note, he could then see it on the app. If it’s already possible to automate this, could someone point me in the right direction?
