    Hello all,

    I’m opening up a new thread as this is a real issue that quite a lot of users are facing. One of the previous threads has been closed for being hijacked, so here’s a brand new one to address one specific issue. Here’s the complete list of details:

    – woocommerce plugins 1.6.6 and 2.0 beta 2
    – WordPress 3.5 & 3.5.1
    – WP-Mail-SMTP plugin configured with a google apps e-mail
    – all WP notification e-mails are sent without any issues (new users, password reset etc.)
    – stock notification e-mails are being sent without any issues
    none of the orders related e-mails is sent out (new order, order finalized, order processing, invoice etc.)

    I tried:
    – setting up the same e-mail address everywhere (woocommerce, WP-Mail-SMTP, Settings->General)
    – changing 2 hosts
    – removing images from the e-mail templates as I understood this might be an issue

    I couldn’t find anything in the logs and I really don’t know how to debug this annoying issue. Imagine that you need to call each and every customer to confirm their orders.

    Any help from anyone would be much appreciated!

  • If you’ve tried the WP Mail SMTP plugin linked above and it hasn’t helped, I recommend that you create a support ticket with WooCommerce. They may take a few days to get in touch with you, but their help has been well worth it every time I’ve encountered a problem such as this.

    I have similar problem and I tried many solutions, but without success.

    – WP-Mail-SMTP plugin test emails are sent ok
    – WP contact emails are sent ok
    – WP notification e-mails are sent without any issues (new users, password reset)
    – New orders sending emails work ok for admin
    – None of the orders related e-mails is sent out to customer (new order, order finalized, order processing, invoice etc.)

    I will be very grateful if someone can help me with this.

    Hi, I’m in the same situation as nenad_s, does anyone have any idea??

    I found solution for my problem meanwhile..The problem was that I use WooCommerce Checkout Manager plugin to disable Billing info input fields to appear..I have disabled customer email also with using this plugin…After I returned email to appear in Billing info everything works ok without problems.

    I haven’t Checkout Manager but you directed me the right way:) I had in functions.php hook unset field email, I deleted this and now it’s works! Many thanks for your help:)

    I’m not sure if this will fix your problem, but I was having the same issue and I found that manually sending the emails out worked, bizarrely enough. My code can be found at the bottom of this blog post.
