Order Number Custom Prefix – not working

    Hi
    Thanks your wonderful plugin.

    I remember in our testing of your previous version, the custom prefix was working.

    We are now using plugin 2.2.0 along with WP 4.2.2. The prefix setting is NOT working, unfortunately. We tried “alphabet only”, “integer only”, and “special characters – such as # or $ or *” – just does not work. Please note – the sequential ordering is working perfectly.

    Kindly advise what we need to do to get this custom prefix working.
