Order number different of the Subject

    Hi @lucasfavaro,

    The application is most likely using the Order ID as the docket number rather than the order number. The developer of this application will need to update their code to replace instances of $order->id with $order->get_order_number() if possible.

    Please get in touch with the developers of this application/plugin to have a look at making this change.

    Hi @lucasfavaro,

    Which application or plugin is using the incorrect order number? You could have some luck manually editing the plugin, but this is not recommended. I would recommend contacting the developer and waiting for them to provide the patch.
