Order number length not working on new orders

    I have the free plugin and have set the ‘order number length to 9’ for new orders and saved it, but when I place a new order it is not working. It is just the order number without the zeros in front. I have not ticked the ‘enable for old orders’ tickbox as I only want it to effect new orders. Please can you help?
