• Resolved arrowheader

    (@gauchan)

Hi, I am working on a development site and just so that I can pull in orders from the last time I migrated the site, I am using this tool to just export ONLY the WooCommerce orders that came in after that date. When I migrate and upload to the development WooCommerce site, all orders do show up but they have a different Order Number. That will be a problem as it is different that what was sent to the customer.

Why does it show a different Order number (and starts at a different sequence by skipping at least 500 numbers). How can I fix this? Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi @gauchan,

By default, the order number is generated from the order ID. Whatever is the order ID that number will be used as the order number.
Please tell us whether you have deleted the ID column from your CSV file or not? If yes, then the orders will be imported with the next available ID on the site and the order number will be assigned based on the ID.
If you haven’t deleted the ID column then please share your importing file via support so that we can check it.
