Order numbers no longer sequential

  • Hi

    I understand if someone attempts to place a order, but does not complete the payment, then these orders will be marked as “pending payment” and use up a order number.

    However since installing this plugin, I have randomly seen order numbers jump 5-6 numbers, even when no orders went to pending payment or failed status.

    Is there a reason for this?

    hope you are doing well! ??

    That is really weird since the plugin doesn’t manage the number of orders in any way.
    You can see here two orders in a row.

    Maybe, once you create an order, you create some posts in the database.
    This can increase the number of the next order, depending on how many posts you have created.

    We recommend you check the database to see if there are posts between orders.
