    Some others have reported same or similar issues. When I create an order via the admin, the emails that get sent out have the back-end order number rather than the sequential order number. The sequential number does get assigned, but only after the customer and admin have received order notifications with the wrong order ID.

    This does not happen with regular orders placed by customers, only admin-created orders.

  • We have been having the same issue since the last update to Version 1.6.1 of the free version. The current order is 37338, if an order comes in from WC, it is #37339 – correct, however, if we enter a manual order in WC admin, selecting “add new order” the number is #37009 which is a duplicate, but when you save it changes the number to #37340 and sends two email messages – one with order #37009 and one with #37340. If I search #37009 there is already an old order with that number. If I search the the new number #37340 it will bring up two orders.

    We have fixed the issue and have released a new version of the plugin. Please update the existing plugin to the latest version to resolve the problem.
