Send to Orders on-hold Option missing on One of my installations, why?

    Well, since the option seems to be activated even if I can’t see it I don’t really care. Would be interesting to know why though.

    Only the emails that are set enabled in the WooCommerce settings (WooCommerce > Settings > Emails) are listed there. Maybe that’s the difference?
