Order of Categories (Blogroll) Other than Alpha

Hello, I want to put my categories (of my blogroll) in an order other than alphabetical. How does one do this?

I already edited the theme to have the blogroll (links) at the top of the sidebar. I want to now put the categories in order of my choice, not alphabetical. Thank you!
