Order of Fields

    Dear all,

    I have a Problem with the checkout Manager plugin. The Order of Fields I defined on the plugin is not displayed correctly and there are Fields I did not even add.

    Can anyone help me with this?

    I have the same problem with the order of fields. I spent several hours trying to solve it, but no lucky… The country fields changes its position when the page loads. No way to fix it.
