• I have a form with about 18 fields. An email is sent to me as well as a confirmation email to the submitter. I’m using {fields_table} to send all of the information. Is there a way so that the fields sent are in the same order in the email as they are on the form? Right now they seem to be kind of random, at least to me.

    Hi Lori,

    I tested by changing the order of the fields in the backend, but I am still receiving email notifications in the same order as they appear in the backend.

    Hi Lori,

    I have recently tested the email notification, and all fields are displaying in the same order. Thus, I was unable to replicate the issue you are experiencing.

    Please proceed by deactivating all third-party plugins and leaving only Ninja Forms active. Then, try to reproduce the issue again.

    I deactivated all the plugins and still got the same result. This is the email received, which is not the same order as the form.

    In this case, you can reinstall the Ninja Forms plugin by following the instructions in the article here: https://themify.me/blog/how-to-reinstall-wordpress-plugins. Reinstalling will not delete any forms or submissions.

    I reinstalled Ninja forms, same thing happens.
