Order of Items in Columns on Collapse

Is there a way to change the order of how columns collapse?
For example I am using Caxton and using a 2 column block layout.
Text in the left, and an Image on the right. But when it collapses down to mobile, I want the image to be on top, not below the text. Is there a way to choose or reverse the order of the columns from desktop to mobile?
