Order of Plugins

I am in the process of managing 2 blogs; my personal blog and a client blog. I am using my personal blog for testing and my client blog after proof of concept and execution.
I am trying to install BDP RSS Aggregator and have found the help files interesting, but not solid. I am not a PHP coder, but I have BASIC and COBAL behind me, so I understand. I need help in knowing the order; install this first, then this and finally I will have fresh content on my client’s site.
