Order of portfolio items and previous next buttons

  • When you open the first project there is no NEXT buttons, only a PREVIOUS one, while it’s the first project in the list.
    When you go to https://gudakoster.nl/wp/project-type/sculpture/ and open the first item of this Project Type ans click the NEXT button you get a Project of another type and after an few NEXT clicks it ends.
    So I have no idea how the portfolio ordering works.
    The Portfolio doesn’t sort by date. To be able to set the order I installed the Intuitive Custom Post Order plugin. That works okay in the Portfolio pages, but the PREV NEXT buttons don’t work as expected.
    How can I get this working?

    Hi there, when you open the first (top left) portfolio project, the next project from that is considered the “Previous” in the grid. There is no “Next” button since that is the first one in the list.

    When you click on the second from the top left, there is a next and previous button since there is a project to the left (next) and right (previous).

    The next and previous buttons, when on the single portfolio page will take you through all the projects shown on the project grid page.

    What exactly do you want the previous and next buttons to do when you are on one of the single portfolio project pages?
