order of posts

Hello, I am trying to import posts into CPT and also for regular posts …
It’s actually a “book” with chapters … (in Hebrew) and that I import it does not import them in the order of the csv but in the order of the name of the title (A..B … C … D) – and it creates a mess because in Hebrew The order of the names of the chapters works differently from English.
How can I arrange the details in the order of the csv? I want everything to fit in the order I decide in the file
PS I tried to work with the menu order – but it also does not work at all.
