Order of Precedence Setting

I LOVE this plugin!! Thank you for contributing such an invaluable part of my core framework.

I wondered whether there might be a way to change the order of precedence to place enqueued scripts higher up or lower down the enqueue queue. Does that make sense?

Until a couple of days ago, my externally called stylesheet worked flawlessly across many sites that I use a particular bootstrap theme on.

Then suddenly, Bootstrap updated, and now my styles are being superceded by bootstraps. If only I could change where in the queue my css gets enqueued – in this case, moving it down the stack.
