• The ticket fields as set in /ticket-fields from the Freshdesk admin area do not affect the form field order on the widget.

    For example, if I add a text line for a users name, it’s expected I can put that field near the top of the form. However all fields added in /ticket-fields are placed below the description when the widget is rendered.

    Currently this field cannot be moved to the Top section in Feedback widget, even if the field is shown above in the Ticket fields section.

    We dont have any CSS/JS model to control the Feedback widget, but we will surely address this in later updates
