Order on packing slip

    When I use the option to pay back for an order, it doesn’t automatic change on the packing slip. So when I have payed back 1 item, it still stands on the packing slip and my colleague at the warehouse are packing the initial order. Is there an option to change this?

    HI! The free version of this plugin does not provide functionality for dealing with refunds. Our Professional extension has two features for this:

    • Creating credit notes to supplement the original invoice with the refund information
    • Automatically subtracting refunded quantities from the packing slip

    It sounds like it’s this last function that you need!
