Order page customer search field

1. Is this issue occurring for all orders or only for specific orders?
2. Have you checked if the customer exists in the admin panel?

1. System Status: Please navigate to WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support.” Please paste the system report here in your response.
2. Error log: If available, could you share a copy of the fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs?

Hi, Following are answers for you questions –

• Issue is accruing for all orders
• Yes customer exists, I have checked in admin, even when I search in customer on order page it shows in search result but when I click on it to select it shows same special character
• I have checked logs, there are no Errors in logs

It looks like a third-party plugin or your theme might be causing the conflict here.

For us to investigate this further, can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if the customer’s name is already visible under Orders > Edit?

If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.
