Order page from admin dashboard is not showing up.

This sounds like there may be a theme or plugin conflicting with WooCommerce.

Could you please temporarily switch your theme to one of our default – Storefront or Twenty Seventeen, then deactivate all plugins except for one – WooCommerce? If it shows correctly, then it’s a theme or plugin conflict. Reactivating each plugin one at a time, then see if the issue pops up again will tell us which plugin is conflicting.

If you would prefer not to do testing on your live site, first make a back up of your site, then create a staging site using this plugin [WP Staging](https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-staging/). This creates a copy of your live site where you can make tests without affecting your live site.

Thank you for your quick reply. The first thing I did was change the theme back to twenty 7 and deactivating all plugins except woocommerce. Unfortunately, the problem still persisted.
And also, I can see completed order. But I cant see processing orders only. Only the processing order page is showing white.

Update: New orders are showing up. but Cant see the order that is been processed.

Could you please make sure you have a back up of your site, then make sure all theme, plugins, WooCommerce (including the database). and WordPress are updated, to see if that helps?

Hi, So I am having the same issue. I have taken the steps like you suggested and my orders are still not showing up. I even created a product specifically to test. Currently, I am running storefront and have deactivated all of my plugins and I am running this set up in a staged version of my site that I set up through wp-staging. Any suggestions?

I cant see any order I have received. When I go to dashboard>woocommerce>Orders, It just takes me to a white page.

The white page is an error page with the error hidden. You’ve already ruled out a plugin or theme conflict, so then it becomes important to know exactly which error is showing up. You’ll need to enable wp-debug and then see what error shows up. That will help you troubleshoot further.
