    We have now had 3 customers that have had an issue paying via the website in the order-pay screens. When the customer presses pay now the 3D secure tryies to load then fails to load before refreshing the page. The only thing thats the same with all 3 customers is they all were trying to pay by Barclays. However if we open a direct invoice to them via stripe the payment went through okay and no issues on the 3D secure screen.

    Latest WordPress version, latest WooCommerce & latest Stripe Plugin update.

    It’s quite peculiar that this problem arises specifically with Barclays and under such specific circumstances.

    Can you please enable the Stripe debug mode as explained here https://woocommerce.com/document/stripe/#setup-and-configuration (Go to step 11)?

    Then please try again to reproduce the issue on your end.

    And please navigate to WooCommerce > System Status > Logs and provide the error messages generated (if any).

    I understand there are no error logs.

    To help investigate, it would be great if you share your System Status Report, found under WooCommerce > Status, on your site.

    When the issue occurs, is an order generated? If so, can you provide a screenshot of the order? (Make sure to redact any sensitive details such as names, emails, etc).

    Let us know what you find.

    The issue was related to the password/secure login area for a customer payment page, if the customer was logged out the 3D secure was failing.

    I did a snippet to unhook this from WooCommerce and the plugin resolved the issue and started working as expected again.
