This occurs when the order status has been set to “failed”.

This can happen in several cases, all of them adding a note to the order and adding a log entry.

In receipt_page():

$message = ' Caught an exception when trying to generate the Alipay redirection form: ';

$order->update_status( 'failed', $e->getMessage() );

In check_alipay_response():

	} elseif ( ! $result_check_signature ) {
		$error .= 'invalid_response_signature';

	self::log( __METHOD__ . ' Found order #' . $order_id . ' and changed status to "failed".', 'error' );
