You will need to update your WordPress version, here there is a tutorial that might help you with that.

Please be sure to update your WooCommerce version, you can refer to this documentation to learn more:

Also, you can update your RazorPay to the latest version by going to your dashboard > plugins > installed plugins, locating the RazorPay, and doing a click over update now.

After that, please check again, if the issue persists I recommend reaching out to the plugin support they are in a better position to provide you assistance. By the way, their support forum is below:
