• I have 2 woocommerce websites linked ton one paypal account.

    I have orders “pending”, my customers tell me that when they want to pay, they get the message : “Invoice already paid” but it is not.

    I loose money everyday because of this.

    The question is : Does Woocommerce works properly ? Internet is full of people asking about the pending order problem , and nobody answer.

    3 more days losing money, pending orders…
    Paypal well configured, everything well configured…
    Woocommerce is just rubbish, I will change to Magento, what a waste of time and energy, forget Woocommerce solution, it just does not work properly and the support does not exist…

    Did these sites ever create orders successfully? If so can you pinpoint the event during your testing/implementation where things went awry (after what update, if trackable to an update)?

    I have successful working days, 1 or 2 orders pending and the rest Ok.
    Today, I have 50% of my orders pending !!! It is terrible for me.

    No particular updates, I use a template called Big Foot 1.0.2, I have 2 websites, One is working with WordPress 3.7.1, one with 3.6.
    I use Woocommerce 2.0.20 with the 2 websites.

    I have the same problem with the 2 websites.

    Sometimes, I think (not sure) that if I click on the Woocommerce tools : Delete temporary data …. orders work betters but I am not really sure that it is fully efficient

    Do you have a test site set up where you can experiment? I’d think the first order of business would be to push test transactions through until the conditions in which orders pend become clear…

    I can give you an access to the website.
    I did some tests with Credit card, Paypal… I have tried to mix all parameters to find the bad combination and I have never found it.
    Actually I should not have to do that, woocommerce ask my paypal adress and that is it.
    I have read many forums and many people say that they have the same problem, I really think that something is wrong is woocommerce code

    Many ecommerce plugins have this issue, but only with some installations (woo included). You might look at your IPN setup on both ends.

    I also have multiple sites linked to the same paypal account, https://www.libertypress.co.uk and https://www.violetgreen.co.uk. I had this error, and solved it by changing my paypal preferences to allow multiple invoices with the same number. I think it is a paypal issue, not a woocommerce issue.
