Order Pending

    Hi,
    I’m sing Woocommerce with a Paypal Sandbox account.
    I set Token, Api and IPN too.
    But when an order is done, on woo commerce side I get (always) a PENDING ORDER, on Paypal side IGET PENDING – the order is not accept yet.

    I really can not find a solution.

    Hi there,

    This sounds like PayPal is having a hard time connecting with your website in order to send the IPN notification. To troubleshoot this further, please do the following:

    • Share a copy of your system status report as found under WooCommerce > System Status
    • Share a screenshot of the “Order Notes” section as found at “WooCommerce > Orders > YOUR PENDING ORDER > Order Notes” on the right-hand side.
