Kindly be informed that at the moment Instagram shopping support is not available. You can use Instagram Shopping extension if you need users to checkout from Instagram.

With this extension, merchants can link an Instagram Business Account to the Facebook account and then sync the products to the Facebook catalog. This catalog can be shared between Facebook and Instagram.

In your use case, can you please share with us how this pending order was checkout from Instagram since checkout with Facebook and/or Instagram isn’t supported yet? As this feature isn’t supported, you may not be able to fulfill customers’ orders if you attempt to use the extension’s catalog for Facebook/Instagram checkout.

Through the official Facebook for woocommerce plugin I am able to sync my product catalog on both Instagram and Facebook respectively. From there I am able to make ads or tag products for example. Like you have hinted, there seems to be some discrepancy or lack of full integration because I can now activate the checkout on instagram feature but it seems to not be fully fleshed out as it relates to woocommerce. The instagram shopping extensions doesnt seem like it would give me any added features that i dont have currently as my products are already synced. The problem lies with Facebook having the need to confirm back to woocommerce and i dont know if that is handled through this plugin.

Additionally, the product ID is missing from my pixel for products with variations so i am unable to add the automatic data feed through the pixel option. https://snipboard.io/vXpRMJ.jpg . I dont know if this is all related

May I ask, can you recheck if the product category for the product that is giving that error is created according to this documentation?

Make sure stock management is set and that all products have positive stock (In stock).

If that does not help, please activate the Debug logging setting, it is into the Facebook for WooCommerce settings, I attach a screenshot below.

Navigate to the Product Sync page, and sync your products.

Then please go to?WooCommerce > Status?and select the?Logs?tab. See if there is an entry for Facebook for WooCommerce and select it, click view, copy the information over and send it in your next response so that we can check.

Sorry for the delayed reply. I had a meeting with a Facebook Dev and it seems to be a from with WooCommerce not accepting or parsing that an order has been placed through Fakebook commerce manager. The WooCommerce integration and Facebook commerce still seems to be in beta. I will raise this issue in the woocommerce support thread.
