    Hi there!

    Both Edwiser Bridge and Moodle were setup according to the documentation. However, the ‘Orders’ menu shows the order ‘pending’ even though the Sandbox PayPal (using my PayPal Developer sandbox accounts) indicates a successful payment. ‘Manage Enrolment’ menu also shows no ‘Record ID’.

    BUT, the bridge definitely worked somewhat, because the new user can be found in Moodle – just not enroled in the course purchased (nor any other course obviously).

    Has anyone seen this problem before?

    I’m really hoping this is just a setup glitch on my end as this will + Woocommerce extension would be really great! Thanks in advance.

    Hi Siaotim,

    Hope you are doing well and sorry for a delayed response.

    The user was not enrolled in the course as the Orders were not completed. Incomplete Orders are interpreted as incomplete payment by the plugin and thus it didn’t enrol the user into the course.

    One reason for Order not being completed is that the plugin didn’t receive an IPN from payment. An IPN is an Instant Payment Notification which indicates that the payment is successful and sends an acknowledgement to your WordPress site.

    Please check whether the IPN is set up in your PayPal sandbox.

    In my above response, I am assuming that you are not using the WooCommerce Integration plugin.
