• Hi WP-Clever,

    product is setup as follows:

    -composite base price is 0 (zero)
    -all three individual components have an individual price (to keep it simple for ths request i.e. 5 Euro each).
    -I just want to show the total price for the product (which is i.e. 15 Euro (resulting from 3×5 Euro))

    Please check behaviour of site as described below.
    Any solution? Please help as this is creating a lot of buzz in customer care…

    Position shows: 15 Euro (correct)
    Total/Total: 15 Euro (correct)

    Behaviour on Thankyou page:
    Position shows: 0 Euro (not correct)
    Total/Total: 15 Euro (correct)

    Behaviour in Thankyou mail:
    Position shows: 0 Euro (not correct)
    Total/Total: 15 Euro (correct)

    Behaviour in invoice:
    Position shows: 15 Euro (correct)

In your case, please include these things: a link to your published composite product, screenshots of backend settings for that product and additional info like the theme you’re using or other Woocommerce plugins on your site via email.     I already had contact to the developer.

    I had to setup a test system (which I did) and I provided login data.
    The test installation is pure wp + woo + your plugin. So no interferance with other plugins.

    The developer placed a test order but did not respond.
    I kept asking for response 3 times over a period of 10 days. No answer.
    That’s why I am posting here the same issue again. Maybe the email is not working or reaching the developer.

    Hoping for help. The plugin is really great, but we need to avoid the confusion at the end-customer…

    Sorry for any inconvenience caused to you, as we might need quite some time at the present to deal with the very heavy workload. The thing is your request might have been piled up with requests from other users of all plugins. Our devs will need to solve one by one after checking the problem. If it’s a minor one, they might help you fix right away. In this case, it might be a major thing that they thorough revision of the codes. And because every time I report a case, it will come last on the waiting list and end up taking more time for your ticket to be solved. So, once again, all I can do is to reassure that we’re trying our best to help. Please be patient, I’ll keep you posted right when there is news from our developers.
