Hello, I installed the plugin, and so far, all is well. The main issue is,

Orders show the currency type the user checks out with, but the price of the item is the base amount.

Assuming a pair of shoe is $5, customers will see ¥ 36 at checkout. This is fine

Once the order is completed, the admin will ¥5 and the customer will also see ¥5 when they view the order. The exchange rate is not working with the amount on orders. It only changes the currency symbol while keeping the base price

    Thank you

    Hello @kyekyeku,

I’ve been trying to replicate this issue on the following Sandbox without luck. Could you please give it a try?

If it also works for you there, it could be either the theme, another plugin or a combination of both. Therefore can you do the following: check if this issue appears in your test site when:

    • Only WPML plugins are activated, as it will tell us if there is an interaction issue with other plugin
    • Theme is set to a WordPress default like Twenty Nineteen as it will tell us if there is an interaction issue with your theme

If you don’t see the issue happening in the above scenario, can you try to determine whether this is a theme or a plugin issue?

If you find a culprit, let me know so that we can test this in a minimal environment and escalate to compatibility team if required.

    Regards,
    Andrés

Hello, So I found out it is conflicting with Woocommerce-tiered pricing by u2code. U2code has your plugin listed as one of the currency converter plugins they support.

However, it is causing serious conflict.

Thank you very much for your feedback @kyekyeku. In that case, we recommend you to contact Tiered Pricing For WooCommerce support as this extension is not in our compatibility list.

As they already list us as one of the currency converter plugins that they support, must probably they should be aware of this situation and provide a solution for you.
