    Hello,

    I implemented card payments with a local bank.
    Now we are testing the implementation in 3 scenarios (successful payment, bank declined error, 3D Secure error)

    The Problem: confirmation message is only showing on successful payment (“Thank you. Your order has been received”).

    On the other two scenarios, there is no text shown. There should be a message saying something like “Your bank declined the payment or something”

    Any idea why this happens? Not sure how it all works, how woocommerce determines a transaction was succesful or not

    A good place to start would be to find out where the only message that is showing correctly is stored. Can you tell me where “Thank you. Your order has been received” is stored/generated?

    Can you please share what payment gateway are you using here for us to address you further?

    This is because the payment gateway plugin will produce the error message/codes/logs once there is an unsuccessful payment.

    If this is a third-party plugin, you might need to reach to the developers for further assistance here.

    The bank is called Libra Bank and they did provide a plugin from them.
    so you do not think this is something you can help with?
