Order Received / Purchased Event

Singe the last thread which was 2 years old was closed without any comment and the issue still exists, here is a new one.

When purchasing, the purchase event is not tracked. During the checkout only pageview for the cart is logged.

What has to be done, that tracking for the whole checkout can be done properly?
