Hi @navidsmh!
It looks like this could be happening due to a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
To be sure, please perform a conflict test by temporarily switching your theme back to Storefront, disabling all plugins except WooCommerce, and then try creating a purchase test to see if the issue is solved. If that solves it, then re-enable all plugins one-by-one, until you find the one creating the conflict.
If you can’t perform a conflict test on your live site, we recommend creating a staging site using the WP Staging plugin.
You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.
Let us know how that goes for you!
We have not added or reduced the plugin!
No changes have been made to the site.Hi @navidsmh
Can you please provide screenshots of this so we get a better understanding of the issue? We recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.
Also, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Note the time and date

Hi again.
WordPress update done, but still ongoing.
No problem from our site…Attention!
I installed WordPress and WooCommerce on localhost. (No additional plugins)But there are the following:
https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/order-registration-and-product-editing/#post-15292176Hi @navidsmh
Thanks for the update.
The System Status shows there are 32 plugins enabled apart from WooCommerce.
I would recommend that you check whether the issue persists when you change to a default WP theme like Twenty Twenty-One or Storefront, and deactivate all plugins apart from WooCommerce.
If the issue does not persist at this point, you’ll want to reactivate your theme/plugins one by one until you find the one causing the issue. Here’s the conflict test guide for reference: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

But there are the following:
https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/order-registration-and-product-editing/#post-15292176Hi @navidsmh,
If I understand correctly, when an order is completed the “Last edited” date changes in the Edit Product page.
This is a bit strange! Can you update WooCommerce to version 6.1.1, change the theme to Storefront and deactivate all other plugins? Then, place a test order on your local install and check again.
If the issue persists, in order for us to get a better understanding of your Local Setup, please provide a copy of your local site’s System Status.
Once we have that, we’ll be able to advise you further about this.
Hi Mirko P. @rainfallnixfig
You’ve got it right.
But you have not noticed it.But I installed a new WordPress and then I just installed WooCommerce alone.
But that’s the case there!

Hey @navidsmh,
I noticed your status report but it’s for the production site https://www.zigocamp.com and it shows outdated versions of WooCommerce and WordPress.
Could you please follow up on my previous request and provide us with an updated copy of your local site’s System Status Report?
Also, we’d like to take a closer look at your zigocamp.com site’s logs.
To find the generated logs:
1. Go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs
2. In the top right corner, open the drop-down and select the latest fatal error log, then click view to load it.
3. Copy/paste the log into your response on this thread. Thanks!
