Order Reports Export, product details?

  • Hello, I’m sell contact lenses and contact lens cases on my woocommerce store. All contact lenses cost me the same amount of money… and all cases cost me the same amount of money.

    What I’m trying to do is add up all the lenses, and all the cases, but the way that reports are exported, creates a csv file with product info like this “All White Contact Lenses (5100) x1; Contact Lens Case (CL-CASE) x1”

    So the only way I can determine to add how many pairs i sold, and how many cases i sold.. is manually…

    I know i can view the reports page on woocommerce and see reports by category which is great, but I need to be able and see other data as well thats only available in the exported file..

    Can anyone help me figure this out?

  • Could you please elaborate a little more?
    You want to add the total amount of sales of both
    contact lenses and cases, correct?
    When you export the report it gives you only product info?

    Yes, that’s correct.

    I have 2 types of products, I need to see how many “Pairs of Lenses” and how many “Cases” every pair of lenses have a different SKU…

    This way I can figure out quickly $mycostoflenses X Quantity of lenses + $mycostofcase X quantity of case

    One thing is, some order totals come out to Zero$ because I send some people free pairs for promotional reasons and, I need to be able and exclude these orders from the spreadsheet.. so as I’m trying to export the right data so i can just remove these orders easily from the spread sheet which I already do, just can’t figure out how to add everything else
