    Hello there
    There is an urgent help on a subject. After making payment on my web page made with woocommerce, an NEX form code is embedded in my order completed page, but I can’t find the place where the code is embedded. I can’t reach the order review page from anywhere. There is nothing related to this page in the section, urgent support needed

    In order to assist you with this can you please take a screenshot of the page where you’re seeing the embedded code? I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this chat.

    Also, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    I was shared with the link from the screen page of the problematic page and there should be a survey form where I marked with red at the bottom of the page. I can’t find where this code is embedded. There is no page called “order complete” on the pages of my site, I’m sorry I can’t share the site status with you, but when I check it, there is no problem.

    Hi @eraybel,

    The form could have been added through a number of ways. You could start with the following:
    * Search through custom code added either to your functions.php or via a plugin like Code Snippets on your site
    * Check if the issue persists when you change your theme. It could be that some WooCommerce template files are overidden and modified in your theme. You could do a conflict test to see if any tool that might not be obvious here has added the code.
