Order saw as abandoned when paid with CC

    I apologize for the delay in the response.

    When user pay for the order via credit card and by chance if user do not reach the Order received page then our plugin consider that cart as the abandoned cart. However, the order has been paid but could not reach the order received page then it should not consider as the abandoned cart.

    We will fix the same issue for abandoned cart lite version and we will release it in future update. If you would like to have the fix for the same issue then can you please create a ticket on “tickets at tychesoftwares dot uservoice dot com” so I can send you the updated file.
