    Since december 2023, Email Log Viewer reports doesn’t show any email sent when the order status change to “complete/sent”. I can confirm that the order received email was sent, but when the order changes to “complete”/”sent” there’s not any email sent to the client.

    We have some clients saying that didn’t receive any email with order tracking details :/

    I’ve checked woocommerce settings and all emails are enabled. Orders change their status when we update tracking info but the email is not being send. We don’t use any plugin for email customization.

    Could you please help us debugging this issue?

    Hi @carolinaop,

    Completed order status email sent by the WooCommerce, we just add the tracking widget into the Completed order status email. You will need to contact the WooCommerce support for this.

    Ok, thank you.

    Since the only email that was not being sent was the “completed order email” I suppose that it could be related.
