Order Shipping Cost Details

    Hi guys!
    first of all, thanks for the amazing work on this plugin.

    The plugin is not showing the shipping details on view order.

    i’m having to cross the shipping plugin logs with the abandoned carts list by date to check how much cost the shipping.

    Hi,

    Thank you for appreciating the plugin.

    Currently, we do not show the shipping details of the guest users. For guest users, we do capture the First name, Last name and Email address when they enter on the checkout page.

    We are showing the shipping details for registered users if the user will have the shipping details in user’s profile.

    Is this function(shipping details of guest users) available on Pro version?

    Would be nice not only recover abandoned carts, but understand why the customer did not complete the order.

    Hi,

    In the PRO version, we are showing shipping cost of guest users and logged-in users. But we do not capture other shipping details.

    Yes, I agree with you that Admin should know why the customer has abandoned a cart. And for that, we are showing the shipping cost of guest users and logged-in user in our PRO plugin version.
