    Hi everyone good time,

    I recently purchased ORDER SPLITTER FOR WOOCOMMERCE PRO, installed & activated it but it doesn’t split the ordres based on TAGS.

    I humbly request the community to help me resolve this issue, please.

    Dear Jalil,

    For pro version help you can use the urgent help option under the help tab. Additionally, this plugin do not claim the split on the tags based. There is no split method ever added or advertised related to taxonomy tags.

    Thank you for the prompt reply.

    It doesn’t even split the order based on CATEGORIES.

    I’m trying to reach out to the support team but no response at all.

    @jalilhassan you are already talking to the plugin author, and we didn’t get any e-mail from you yet. Anyways, please mention your invoice number which is something AB-XXXX. Also please try to use the urgent help section instead of this thread. These support forums are related to the public version not the advanced one.

    @jalilhassan I am surprised that how are you waiting that long and no e-mail is reaching to us. Kindly share your invoice ID so I can contact the plugin buyer myself instead of waiting here in this thread. Invoice ID will look like AB-XXXX. I am waiting.

    Already checked, I am surprised that why are you not sharing the invoice ID or any reference number so I can provide a better support without delay.
