    Great plug-in!

    I have followed the document as much as possible. I’m hoping I havent missed anything obvious.

    Redirect back to my website works fine. My website and WorldPay account is live.

    I have copied the Payment Response Password from plug-in to WorldPay Settings.

    Here is the email I’ve received.

    Error reported: Callback to: https://website.co.uk/wc-api/MDS_Worldpay_Gateway/: failed CAUSED BY Received fatal alert: internal_error
    Server Reference: ukdc1-pz-cen09:callbackFailureEmail-37141:MerchReq-18-66

    Does the reference mean anything to you?

    Hi,

    Most likely because you got problems with your server configuration. You have a https:// protocol but your ssl certificate is not valid.
