    Hello. Before installing this loyalty program plugin for WooCommerce, I have a question. Your woocommerce rewards plugin calculates the reward exactly for woocommerce order status, meaning when the order status is Completed? Or not?

    And what then happens when the order goes into the Refunded status?

    Yes, points are awarded for the “Complete” status. In case of a refund, the received number of points will be automatically debited from the user. For Refund cases, when the received points have already been spent, we have provided an option that will allow you to control “what exactly to do in such a situation”, for example, “Write off as much as you have” or “do not write off at all”.

    Even if the user manages to deceive you (unlikely), then all suspicious transactions can be tracked in the “Balance” section and the unscrupulous user can be blocked, or points can be written off manually.
