    Why some shipped/cancelled/refunded orders in my store will auto-changed to processing after a few hours?

    Could you please let me know if this only happens with a specific payment gateway?

    Also, let’s check if there is an error on the WooCommerce Logs. So please, provide us the following:

    • System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    • Error log: share a copy of the fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available)
