Order status buttons not showing

  • I have created a custom email that I want to link with the “Order complete” status of a specific product.
    Woocommerce now sends out a standard email, so that part works correctly.
    However, in the back-office, on the Custom Emails tab of that product, the Order Status buttons are not showing. I just get 3 rows of “Search Custom Messages” fields (in which no search results are shown). each followed by a position selection box.
    What have I missed/done wrong?

    Thanks for using my plugin!

    This issue is probably happening due to a browser extension or add-on. Please try disabling the browser add-ons one at a time and see if the buttons appear.

    I usually work in in Chrome, so I tried Edge, same problem. It can’t be the browser.

    Hi @thysgc,

    I just tested the plugin with WooCommerce 4.2.0 and it looks like this:

    If you are not seeing all these fields, then there is a conflict coming from one of two places:

    • An active plugin
    • A browser extension

    I say this because when testing on a fresh install of WP with only WooCommerce and this plugin, everything works fine as expected.

    Unfortunately you’ll need to disable your other plugins to find what is overriding the buttons in the ‘Custom Emails’ Product Data tab.

    Please let me know if you do find what is causing the conflict, so I can see if there is anything I can do on my end.

    Thank you for your efforts.
    We have a complicated website with a few dozen plugins, so that is going to take forever.
    Can you give me an indication of which type of plugin is most likely to cause the problem. So I can at least narrow things down…
