Order Status Cancelled but Confirmed on Shiprocket

  • The order status on WordPress shows cancelled even after successful payment and pulled to Shiprocket for further processing. Please assist.

    I was having same issue so I disabled status updates from shiprocket side. Looks like this plugin is outdated and not compatible with latest WooCommerce.
